Hey, I’m Jared.
I’m a husband and dad of three boys, a firefighter, and a veteran who’s spent most of his adult life in jobs where performance isn’t just a nice bonus. It’s the difference between getting the job done safely or getting hurt. That reality is what sparked Tactical Element.
My background is a mix of tactical work and emergency response. I served as a Military Police Officer in the U.S. Army for 10 years, including time in leadership roles and specialized assignments. Along the way, I also became a Master Fitness Trainer. That experience changed how I see training. It wasn’t about looking fit. It was about building a body that can perform under stress, recover fast, and hold up over the long haul.
Since then, I’ve continued serving my community as a firefighter, and fitness has stayed a constant. What’s grown over time is my obsession with the “why” behind it all — the physiology, the evidence, the programming, and how to apply real science to real people with real schedules.
That’s what Tactical Element Performance Lab is for.
Tactical Element is where I’ll share science-backed training and nutrition strategies built for first responders, veterans, and anyone who wants to train with purpose. You can expect practical workouts, conditioning protocols, recovery guidance, and nutrition that supports performance without turning your life into a spreadsheet.
If you’re here, odds are you care about being ready — for your job, your family, and the long game. I’m glad you found your way here.
Welcome to Tactical Element.
